Our extensive portfolio includes drug-eluting stents, bare metal stents, guide wires, balloon dilatation catheters, imaging catheters and software, vessel closure devices and peripheral stents.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPerforms sterilization validation for new and existing products utilizing Ethylene Oxide and Radiation sterilization methods. Support R&D and manufacturing for sterilization validation of new products and changes to existing products.\nConduct sterilization qualification for new products and/or changes to existing products.\nPerforms sterilization validation for radiation sterilized products including dose setting and quarterly dose audits.\nPerforms sterilization validation for ethylene oxide sterilized products including new product qualification, annual revalidations, residual EO studies, and D-value studies.\nConducts dose audit failure investigations.\nConducts Ethylene Oxide Biological indicator sterility positive investigation.\nConducts CAPAs for sterilization non-conformances.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING\nRequired Experience\nBachelors Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.\n0-2 years of related work experience with a basic understanding of specified functional area.\nBasic technical knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures.\nLimited understanding of business unit/group function.\nWill perform this job in a quality system environment.\nFailure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.\nLearns to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems.\nWorks on problems of limited scope.\nMinimal independent decision making.\nApply Now\nLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
