This position is fully remote withing the continental United States.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport program leadership in managing activities across one or more workstreams within VA programs.\n\nServe as a point of contact for stakeholders, building strong working relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.\n\nAssist in coordinating program activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.\n\nHelp identify risks, issues, and dependencies; support development and execution of mitigation plans.\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors and internal teams as required to ensure timely and compliant delivery of work.\n\nContribute to program reporting, including preparing status updates, briefings, and documentation for leadership.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional team efforts, supporting collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.\n\nAssist with maintaining compliance with contractual, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.\n\nSupport internal program operations, including staffing coordination, documentation, and process improvements.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree required (or commensurate experience).\n\n5 years of program or project management experience, preferably supporting federal government clients.\n\nFamiliarity with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies is a plus.
