This role will focus on executing, monitoring, and supporting user access certification campaigns within the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and an interest in identity and access management.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport the execution of access certification campaigns using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).\nConfigure and launch certification campaigns based on documented procedures and guidance.\nMonitor campaign progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.\nAssist managers, application owners, and reviewers with certification-related questions.\nTrack campaign completion metrics and identify overdue certifications.\nGenerate certification reports and maintain audit documentation.\nEscalate issues, exceptions, and access review concerns to appropriate teams.\nValidate user and application data prior to campaign launches.\nDocument operational procedures and lessons learned.\nCollaborate with Identity Management, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure certification deadlines are met.\nSupport periodic audits and compliance activities related to access reviews.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nUS Citizen\nAbility to obtain Public Trust clearance\nBachelor's degree, and minimum ONE (1) year of prior relevant consulting experience required\nAbility to follow documented processes and procedures.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nFamiliarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.\nBasic understanding of Information Security principles.\nExposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, or similar technologies\n\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nCertifications relevant to Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management or Identity Governance\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00.
