An individual in this position will operate both commercial and non-commercial vehicles.What you will do...Transport, deliver and retrieve various construction materials and heavy equipmentOperate commercial and non-commercial vehiclesPerform DOT-required pre and post-trip inspectionsProperly maintain delivery documents for inspection upon requestSecure construction equipment and other equipment utilizing chaining, strapping, and binding under the strict accordance and established procedures of the DOTMaintain open communication with Branch Manager and/or central dispatch regarding delivery schedules, delays, traffic conditions, weather, etc.Active participant in the Herc Rentals Safety culture, always prioritizes the safety of peopleFollow all company procedures and protocolsBuild positive relationships with customersPerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsH.S.
