Support the management of the NWPB portfolio by driving clarity, data accuracy, and decision-focused governance forums. Manage end-to-end project execution from concept through close, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery.\r\nJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Organize the I&R portfolio for the division by driving clarity, accuracy, and updates of the active and pipeline projects through effective and decision focus divisional review meetings and I&R meetings.\r\nLead and direct the disciplined governance and planning of all I&R initiatives to deliver on organizational objectives and strategies.\r\nLead and facilitate the decision-making process with cross-functional leaders on portfolio, prioritization, and resourcing of I&R initiatives.\r\nEnsure consistent application of the I2L methodology, timely system updates, and accurate project data to support governance, reporting, and decision-making.\r\nApply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-time, on-scope and on quality delivery of the project with flawless execution from concept to close.\r\nLead the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders.\r\nEffectively control scope changes through proactive and open communication with stakeholders.\r\nProvide preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans.\r\nBuild and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed-upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and escalate critical issues.\r\nIdentify and engage with stakeholders creating synergies through effective networking with all relevant business partners and leadership team as needed.\r\nBe responsible for the consistent application, execution, and continuous improvement of I&R processes and tools.\r\nMaintain and ensure data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation as specified by relevant policies and procedures across assigned projects.\r\nEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum BA/BS required.\r\nPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.\r\n7 years of experience in project management or leading initiatives in a larger matrixed organization.\r\nPreferred experience working across multiple disciplines: product development stage-gate process, business portfolio assessment, business modeling & forecasting, or R&D innovation strategy.\r\nPrior CPG experience preferred.\r\nStrong execution fundamentals, including time management, organization, communication, and results focus.\r\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\r\nEffective collaborator with the ability to influence, build alignment, and resolve conflict across all organizational levels.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data, insights, and complex situations.\r\nSelf-directed, adaptable, and resilient, with demonstrated change management capability and the ability to challenge the status quo, accelerate decisions, and redirect or stop work when needed.\r\nIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.\r\nTo our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
