Personnel in this role translate complex PKI technical requirements into actionable plans, SOPs, and implementation documentation across all Marine Corps network environments including tactical ones.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and update project plans, implementation documentation, CONOPS, COOPs, SOPs, and POA&M in support of Marine Corps PKI initiatives and evolving DoD PKI directives\n\nPerform RA Workstation administration: build, configure, and deploy DoD/NSS PKI RA and LRA workstations per technical refresh cycles; maintain full compliance with CPS/RPS requirements and archival standards\n\nReview USMC POR Application PKI waiver forms and submit with approval or disapproval recommendations to the Authorizing Official; track waiver status in SharePoint and Remedy\n\nProvide Purebred implementation and planning support: enroll and manage USMC Purebred Limited Registration Agents, provide complex troubleshooting of signing and encrypting emails, and support Purebred Desktop Manager\n\nPerform technical writing, analysis, and editing of PKI CONOPS; develop and release Operational Directives and Advisories per Government guidance\n\nAttend and document outcomes from DoD PKI PMO meetings, DoD PKI Summits, and various working groups; develop Marine Corps implementation plans and comments in response\n\nManage Remedy and task tracking queues: assign and monitor incident resolution, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain thorough documentation of priority and resolution details\n\nCreate and maintain SharePoint Task Lists, KPI web parts, document libraries, and site content; develop reports from SharePoint lists\n\nMaintain existing PKI documentation and create new documentation including design documents, test plans, A&A packages, after-action reports, and deployment plans\n\nParticipate in LRA audits as directed; travel with a valid passport required for OCONUS audit support\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance\n\nBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field\n\nCompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II baseline certification\n\nExperience with DoD/NSS PKI RA Workstation administration\n\nExperience with DoD/NSS PKI RA/LRA audit processes\n\nExperience with or training in DISA/PKI Purebred\n\nDemonstrated technical writing ability for DoD‑audience documents including SOPs, CONOPS, and implementation plans\n\nExperience with SharePoint administration, list and database development, and document library management\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with USMC or DoD PKI policy, RMF documentation, and A&A package preparation\n\nFamiliarity with Remedy/E-ITSM queue management and task tracking workflows\n\nExperience supporting DoD PKI PMO working groups or certificate policy review processes\n\nSecurity\nRequires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.
