The employee will assist with printing, file preparation, finishing, quality control, material handling, and ensuring the right graphics get shipped to the right customer.\nResponsibilities\nOperate large-format printers and finishing equipment after on the job training.\nReview job instructions and confirm the correct file, size, material, and quantity.\nPerform basic computer and file-preparation tasks.\nInspect printed graphics for quality, color, size, and damage.\nTrim, roll, package, label, and organize completed graphics.\nMove rolls, boxes, and bags of graphics between departments and buildings.\nKeep the print room and work areas clean and organized.\nReport errors, shortages, or unclear instructions immediately.\nUpdate job status in the company’s production system.\nProblem solve the issues that come up every day.\nQualifications\nFluent English required; some Spanish is a must.\nComfortable using computers and learning new software.\nStrong attention to detail and organization.\nDependable attendance and punctuality.\nAble to follow written instructions and work independently after training.\nWilling to perform repetitive tasks carefully.\nAble to stand for extended periods and lift and to lift and carry 50 lbs safely to and from a car/truck.\nValid NJ drivers license.\nPrevious printing, graphics, sign production, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
