ServiceNow Developer OR lead

Role: ServiceNow Developer / LeadLocation's: Onsite – Dallas TX or Cincinnati OH or SFO CA6+ Months ContractFederal Client Requirement: Client is currently unable to provide visa sponsorship. Only candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered.We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in integrations to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM modules and complex third-party integrations.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)· Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems· Work with ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server· Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions· Troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations and platform performance· Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Required Skills:· Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development· Deep expertise in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, web services)· Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server· Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting· Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow architecture· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments· Preferred Qualifications:· ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification· Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
