This role involves providing a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the security and safety of the premises, and delivering exceptional customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGreeting and Assistance:\n\nWarmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.\nProvide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.\nAddress and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.\n\nAccess Control:\n\nMonitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.\nVerify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.\nMaintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.\n\nSecurity and Safety:\n\nConduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.\nCollaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.\nRespond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.\n\nCommunication:\n\nServe as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.\nCommunicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.\nRelay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.\n\nLobby Maintenance:\n\nEnsure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.\nCoordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns.\nReport any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.\n\nAre you interested in working for us!
