As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, providing top-notch service to our patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.\nDuties\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.\nEngage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.\nHandle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.\nMonitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.\nAssist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times.\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.\nParticipate in special events or catering services as required by the establishment.\nRequirements\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.\nBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.\nFamiliarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.\nKnowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment is highly desirable but we can teach.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.\nMust be of legal drinking age according to state regulations to bartend.
