Join us and help run what runs the world.\n\nThis position reports to:\n\nProduction Supervisor\n\n__\n\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR\n\nYour role and responsibilities:\n\nAssemble electric motors using diagrams and tools, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and defect-free work that meets production standards.\nRequires basic computer skills, ability to use Shop Floor Display systems, and understanding of flex flow, day/rank systems, and written instructions.\nCollaborate with operators/supervisors to address defects, order supplies, and support team objectives through strong interpersonal skills and cross-training.\nPrioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, maintain daily housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and perform other assigned duties.\n\nQualifications for the role:\n\nHS Diploma or equivalent required.\n 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.\nMust pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.\nProficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.\nRegular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.\n\nWhat's in it for you\n\n We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
