Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced analytical support and strategic insights to business stakeholders during a temporary resource gapWork cross-functionally to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and ensure continuity of critical analytics functionsWork with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data and analysis needsTranslate business requirements into technical approachesAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and actionable insights using a variety of analytical tools and techniquesConduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to inform strategic decision-makingDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting to support ongoing business operationsCombine and queries data across multiple sources (e.g., SQL-based systems, cloud platforms) to support analysisCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly through data visualization and narrative-driven presentationsSupport evaluation of business initiatives, campaigns, and product features through measurement and performance analysisCollaborate regularly with stakeholders and internal partners as part of a broader data team to align on priorities and deliverablesExercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance; prioritize work based on business impactQualificationsSignificant experience in data analytics or a related field, typically at a senior or principal levelAdvanced proficiency in SQL and PythonStrong Excel skillsExperience with BI and data visualization tools (Periscope preferred or equivalent)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of delivering both recurring reporting and deep-dive, insight-driven analysisPreferred QualificationsExperience applying advanced analytics, statistical methods, or AI/ML techniquesExperience supporting product, marketing, or customer analytics functionsThe salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
