Our vision is to build a company where we all want to work—grounded in accountability, craftsmanship, and teamwork.\n\nLearn more at www.bardenelectric.com\n\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as a working foreman—lead by example while staying active in the field.\nInterpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute accurate installations.\nSupport cross-training initiatives, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to help develop and shape the next generation of team members.\nLeverage strong technical skills to manage documentation, reporting, and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.\nAccurately manage timecards and cost codes to ensure proper labor tracking, job costing, and payroll alignment.\nEfficiently manage materials, tools, and jobsite organization.\nEnsure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.\nMaintain strong communication with customers, general contractors, and office personnel.\nTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively.\nUphold all company safety standards and participate in safety meetings.\nQualifications\n4–6 years of experience running work as an electrical foreman.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nActive Journeyman Electrician License preferred.\nOSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications a plus.\nStrong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems.\nAbility to lead teams while remaining actively engaged in physical work.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nReliable, organized, and committed to producing top-quality work.\nExperience working in hospital environments with familiarity in inspections and compliance requirements from governing and regulatory bodies overseeing hospitals.\nOSHPD/HCAi experience is preferred but not required.
