Route wires, solder to electrical components, cable tie and install connectors.\nEmployees must be certified to J-STD-001 to perform solder assembly; rework and inspection of the products processed through solder operations certified in IPC.\nWork from verbal as well as documented work instructions, spec sheets, blueprints, sketches and complex assembly drawings. Must be able to work in multiple product lines/cells, with minimal familiarization or remedial training.\nUse a variety of precision measuring instruments, scales, gauging devices and test equipment to verify proper function and operation of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.\nUtilize solder equipment, hand tools, fixtures, pneumatic and power tools for the mechanical and solder assembly of components. Secures nuts, wires and cable by applying liquid adhesives.\nPerform assembly and solder operation processes with little or no supervision. Perform movement of materials in MRP system, such as work order movement and completion. Completed assemblies are subject to inspection and test.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisor, lead person or lead back-up person.\nWork with Safety in mind, ensuring all safety procedures are being followed.
