Must have solid programming skills to develop, implement, and maintain Medicare Part C/CAHPS/HOS/C&S Workflows, reporting of programs as required by STARS program orchestration team\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain complex workflows using IBM Unica software.\nCollaborates with business partners to design, build and code cross channel communications using campaign platforms such as Unica/IBM Campaign.\nServes as the technical lead on projects. Translates and conveys business solutions and strategies into system and database architecture.\nDesigns and builds strategies, processes and technology solutions that support business needs and align with industry best practices.\nAbility to Create and Translate Complex SQL Queries to support ad-hoc business requests.\nIdentifies data solutions to support complex campaigns including: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, flat files and data warehouses.\nDevelops and maintains best practices and standard operating procedures for campaigns.\nServes as the primary liaison to technology partners for data requests, issue escalation and resolution.
