Find your company’s solution at\nwww.onesourcevirtual.com\n.\nPosition Summary/Objective\nAs a DevOps Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our development and operations teams by automating and optimizing our infrastructure and deployment processes. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.\nEssential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities\nAs a valued member of the innovative and collaborative OSV technology team, the DevOps Analyst will:\nWork with a small team of DevOps engineers and ensure 24x7 availability of OSV production application systems\nAssist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.\nAssist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Red Hat Linux server environments.\nInstall, manage, and maintain MySQL Server and SQL*Server databases.\nCollaborate with development teams to integrate Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nPerform basic system configuration and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of our infrastructure.\nMonitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Familiarity with SolarWinds is a plus.\nDocument processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.\nCompetencies\nSelf-starter with a passion to keep current with technical trends\nDetail and task oriented\nExcellent communication skills, written and oral\nAbility to seek, recommend and implement tools and processes continuously to improve performance, automation and security\nSeamlessly multi-task in a fast-paced technology environment\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills including robust troubleshooting skills with a focus on preventative actions and root cause analysis\nSupervisory Responsibility\nThis role will not have supervisory responsibilities.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nBasic knowledge of Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, MySQL Server, and SQL*Server.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of basic system configuration and troubleshooting.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.\nExperience with YAML in the context of Azure DevOps pipelines.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies like Docker.\n#LI-REMOTE\nYou are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team.
