This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery while producing quality parts that meet established specifications and tolerances.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can work independently while being part of a strong team.\nWhat You'll Do\nSet up and operate CNC production equipment, including lathes, grinders, mills, and similar machinery.\nLoad and verify CNC programs and perform some conversational programming.\nRead and interpret blueprints, prints, drawings, and job specifications.\nSet up and change tooling according to job requirements.\nProduce parts within established specifications and tolerances.\nDeburr and finish completed parts.\nInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.\nPerform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance, including cleaning, coolant replacement, and greasing.\nMaintain production logs, tooling lists, and feeds and speeds charts.\nMaintain an organized library of approved CNC programs.\nAssist with monitoring and maintaining tool inventory by working with tool vendors.\nCommunicate with other departments to help maintain an efficient workflow.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nFollow all applicable OSHA and environmental safety requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of related experience preferred.\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment quickly.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and meet production goals.\nReliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to assist in other roles or departments when needed.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office or related computer software.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods while operating machinery and using tools.\nFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive movements.\nAbility to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to use hands and arms for precision work, including gripping, pinching, holding, and maneuvering parts and tools.\nAbility to read instructions, operate machinery, and visually inspect finished parts.\nWhy You'll Like This Opportunity\n?
