Commercial Lines Account Manager
Client Management & Support
Independently manage new client submissions, applications, renewals, endorsements, and audits.
Lead Biltmore's efforts to provide best in class client service by being the subject matter expert on insurance coverages.
Collect insurer quotes, negotiate rates, order loss runs, and provide analysis.
Manage a book of business.
Responsible for renewals, including binders, invoicing, premium financing as needed.
Receive insurance policies and review for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
Cross sell.
Support producers selling new commercial lines of business.
Respond to the client's needs.
Assist clients in reporting claims to carriers.
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Must have an active Insurance License
Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Experience
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have the ability to multi-task, analyze and prioritize information when working with producers, company, and agency personnel.
Must be a team player
