Embrace a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime opportunities and enjoy a collaborative environment that values precision, ingenuity, and quality.\r\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Table:\r\nExtensive knowledge of CNC machine operations across multiple axes and machining techniques\r\nProven experience developing models and CNC programs for die cast, plastic injection molding, engineering samples, and prototypes\r\nSkilled in DFM collaboration to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance output\r\nProficiency in programming, setup, and operation of complex parts\r\nStrong understanding of working with aluminum, stainless steel, brass, plastics, and other materials\r\nAbility to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and use measuring instruments to meet tight tolerances\r\nTroubleshooting expertise to resolve programming and machining issues efficiently\r\nFamiliarity with Haas, DMG Mori mills and lathes is a plus\r\nCompetence in creating setup sheets, tool lists, and documenting machining processes\r\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\r\n5-7 years of CNC programming and machining experience\r\nHigh School Diploma, Associates Degree, or relevant certification; formal CNC education preferred\r\nProficiency in MasterCam and SolidWorks\r\nKnowledge of die casting principles, plastic injection molding, and tool steels such as A2, D2, H13, S7, P20, 4140, 01\r\nAbility to lift/move up to 35 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform hands-on machining tasks\r\nAdditional Considerations:\r\nOvertime and weekend work as necessary\r\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment\r\nTake your CNC expertise to the next level with an organization that values precision, innovation, and dedicated craftsmanship.
