EVS Tech/Housekeeper

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Janitor/EVS Tech to join our team. , you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in a hospital or healthcare facility. Your role will involve performing various custodial and cleaning tasks to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces - Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels - Follow proper infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment - Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for different surfaces and materials - Operate floor care equipment to maintain cleanliness and appearance of floors Experience: - Previous experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures - Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility cleaning protocols is a plus - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and time management skills Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Rotating weekends Experience: Janitorial/Custodian: 1 year (Required) Hospital Cleaning: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Irvine, CA 92618 (Required) Work Location: In person
