Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of title workflows and will bring experience or familiarity with title examining or abstracting.\n\nThe Title Processor is a key player in ensuring files move efficiently through the pipeline from order to post-closing, while maintaining a high standard of customer service, communication, and compliance. This role supports both internal teams and external clients throughout the life cycle of a real estate transaction.\n\nPRIMARY POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nCoordinate all aspects of title transactions from order entry through post-closing\n\nPrepare and review title commitments, clearing title issues as needed\n\nCommunicate effectively with clients, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and underwriters\n\nAssist with scheduling closings, gathering necessary documentation, and preparing closing files\n\nEnsure accuracy and timeliness in document collection, review, and data entry\n\nMonitor file milestones and proactively manage next steps to avoid delays\n\nWork collaboratively with the closing and funding teams to ensure smooth handoff and file completion\n\nPerform post-closing duties, including document recording coordination and policy issuance\n\nProvide ongoing updates and responsive communication to all transaction parties\n\nMaintain compliance with underwriter guidelines and company procedures\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nPreferred Education And Experience\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n\n2+ years of experience in title processing, examining, or transaction management preferred\n\nKnowledge of title commitments, legal descriptions, and real estate closing documents\n\nExperience with title production software (Qualia preferred)\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nCustomer service-focused with strong problem-solving ability\n\nNotary public or willingness to become one is a plus\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT\nThe work environment is characteristic of an office setting. Rare lifting of up to 25lbs may be required.
