Customize the OS and related software to meet organizational requirements, including upgrades and configuration of system libraries and automation tools.Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize settings to ensure efficient processing of workloads such as banking transactions or airline reservations .Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly to minimize business impact. This includes debugging system software, handling incidents, and coordinating with vendors for technical support .Daily Operations: Conduct system health checks, manage backups and recovery processes, apply patches, and provide user support.
