Snow Shoveler – Seasonal (November–April) Position Overview We are hiring Snow Shovelers to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. Shovelers will ride along with a route lead or drive their own vehicle between job sites. This is a great opportunity for dependable workers who enjoy physical outdoor work and want competitive pay with opportunities for higher rates in tough conditions. Compensation & Incentives $25/hour – Standard rate (riding with lead) $30/hour – When working in negative-degree weather $35/hour – If using your own vehicle for transportation between jobs End-of-Season Bonus – Workers who consistently show up, avoid unnecessary call-offs, and demonstrate efficiency will be eligible for a bonus at the end of the season. Responsibilities Shovel residential and commercial sidewalks, walkways, and entryways. Assist lead operator with snow removal tasks. Use provided equipment such as shovels, salt spreaders, and snow blowers. Work safely in cold and snowy conditions. Qualifications Must be dependable and available during snow events (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed). Ability to work outdoors in cold weather. Reliable transportation (required if driving your own vehicle). Prior experience with snow removal is helpful, but not required.
