Configure and evaluate system architecture and use model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies, modeling languages (such as SysML/UML), and simulation tools to assess and refine designs. Take an active role in leading validation and verification processes and developing testing programs. You must apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts for highly classified systems, while also effectively communicating complex results with management and executive leadership.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities include:\n. Supports design, interpretation, and analysis of technical solutions to complex projects.\n· Leads or supports technical programs, projects, or tasks whose technical complexity requires engineering oversight.\n· Ensures completion of programs, projects, or tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Provides input to the government customer concerning risks to performance, schedule, and budget due to either proposed contractor plans or contractor’s execution of accepted plans.\n· Ensures the quality of the program, project, or task deliverables meet or exceed standards or metrics and assesses such deliverables to ensure that final deliverables will meet the warfighting purpose for which they are intended.\n· Plans and performs engineering research, design development, and other engineering assignments in conformance with design, engineering, and customer specifications.\n· Responsible for the overall technical/engineering portions of major project(s) or program(s).\n· Coordinates with multiple partners/agencies to ensure system engineering\n· communities support delivery milestones.\n· Tracks and advises design trades and associated cost, schedule, and technical impacts to requirements.\n· Supports design, interpretation, and analysis of technical solutions to complex discipline-specific testing in a digital environment.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum ten (10) years DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience\nAn applicable engineering degree from a program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) or possess a Professional Engineering license.\nMA/MS/ME degree.\nExperience in digital engineering using digital tools and methods to create, manage, and optimize systems and products.\nDemonstrated experience developing and managing system models using MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody).\nProficiency with modeling languages such as SysML or UML to capture requirements, architecture, and design.\nExperience with modeling and simulation applications.\nExperience with DoD acquisition to include documentation generation, presentation preparation, and supporting programmatic-focused discussions\nUnderstanding of operational environment and corresponding mission
