18What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):Provide high-quality ABA services within a fully clinic-based modelManage a small caseload of no more than 10 clients across early intervention and school-age programs, with strong RBT support from a long-tenured teamCollaborate with a tight-knit, inclusive clinical team of 3 BCBAs, a Clinical Director, and highly experienced RBTs and UNT-affiliated studentsExercise strong clinical autonomy in programming, with opportunities to explore niche interestsJoin a warm, supportive, and collaborative culture, with many staff members working together for 5–6+ yearsWork Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, providing supervision, program development, parent collaboration, and team supportCaseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):Caseload size: 10 clientsBillable hour expectations: 27 hours per weekCompensation & Perks (real ones):Base salary: $85,000 -
