Your day-to-day will shift between construction project tracking, Sarasota real estate asset management, and implementing proprietarycutting-edge AI tools to automate operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Tech Integration: Assist in researching, testing, and deploying cutting-edge AI technologies to automate workflows.\nOperations Support: Help coordinate project pipelines and logistics for both the General Contracting and Electrical Contracting businesses servicing the Suncoast area.\nReal Estate Portfolio Management: Assist with property data analysis, local market research, tenant communications, and tracking portfolio metrics for our Florida properties.\nExecutive Shadowing & Execution: Sit in on strategic meetings, take actionable notes, and follow up on critical business development tasks.\nDigital Organization: Keep CRM systems, project management software, and AI databases clean, updated, and efficient.\nWho You Are (Qualifications)\nThe Ultimate Generalist: You are highly adaptable.\nTech-Forward: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand the broader AI landscape, automation tools (like Zapier, Make, or custom APIs), and love figuring out how to make software talk to each other.\nProblem Solver: You don’t just bring problems to the table; you bring three potential solutions.\nHigh Organization: You can juggle multiple tasks across different industries without letting balls drop.\nLocal to the Area: Must be able to reliably commute/work in the Sarasota area.
