Provide support to other departments as needed. Help support repacking of some product for easier use within the plant. Must have open availability.\r\nResponsibilities Review daily Fulfillment Center and Kitchen/Plate and Pack downtime reporting\r\nGather and review paperwork from the Fulfillment Center and Kitchen/Plate and Pack\r\nConsume inventory accurately based on the paperwork from Fulfillment Center and Kitchen/Plate and Pack\r\nDevelop an eye for any informational breakdowns and question appropriately\r\nUse forklift, pallet jack, carts, etc. to return extra product\r\nUnderstand FEFO, FIFO, organization of shelves and consolidation\r\nLearn and understand AX inventory system\r\nMaintain accurate physical and systematic inventory via item and location inquiries\r\nEnsure good communication and problem solving with Warehouse/Inventory group and other departments as needed\r\nHelp maintain a clean and organized work environment\r\nMay assist in other areas and perform duties as assigned\r\nRequired skills and experience Must speak and read English fluently\r\nAbility to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused on work without direct supervision\r\nOrganized and detail-oriented\r\nGood communication skills\r\nProblem solving skills and ability to adapt well to changing situations and needs\r\nBasic math and measurement conversion skills\r\nIntermediate computer skills\r\nDemonstrated commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rules\r\nDemonstrated behaviors consistent with our Core Values: Teamwork, Relentlessly Dependable, Appreciation & Respect, Innovation & Constant Improvement, and Nourishing Our Customers\r\nStand-up Forklift Certified\r\nPreferred skills and experience High school diploma or equivalent\r\n2 years inventory/warehouse experience preferred\r\nFood production experience\r\nPrevious experience using handheld scan gun, pallet jack, and forklift\r\nAbility to obtain forklift certification\r\nPhysical requirements Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms\r\nFrequently required to stand, communicate, and listen\r\nOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch\r\nOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds\r\nVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\r\nAble to perform repetitive movements\r\nAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)\r\nEEO Mom's Meals complies with all applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws.
