Compliance Specialist

Job Title: ServiceNow GRC ExpertLanguages: EnglishLocation: Remote workDuration: LongtermEducation: A bachelor's degree and after-education experience are only considered.DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS:Client wishes to further extend the capabilities of ServiceNow as an IT security compliance and risk management tool, to further automate the processes, and to extend the integrations with external systems to automate and simplify existing processes. The internal team in client requires additional capacity and knowledge on the ServiceNow platform and more specifically the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) application. This capacity is intended to ensure that client can roll-out the IRM capabilities in their organization at the right speed and quality.Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:understanding and leveraging the ServiceNow platform & IRM application design elements and their OOTB behaviouranalysing and specifying client requirements in terms that match the platform’s capabilities performing quick proof-of-concept implementations to increase our clarity for important topics testing in more technical detail current implementation items including Automated Test Frameworksupporting the operational aspect in the PROD environment (issue resolution and troubleshooting)Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developersKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks: Minimum 7 years experience within an ICT team (operations, support or development).Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and tools such as ServiceNow.Self-motivated and autonomous, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously;Strong analytical skills, ability to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions;Good, open and clear communication, self-starter, proactive, analytical mindset, motivated and committedLanguages : fluent in English Expert in GRC ServiceNow module, testing, design, and implementation : hands on experience with large and complex production systems in challenging organizational environmentUnderstanding of the Commission environment, culture Commission GRC ServiceNow tooling setup, architecture and designcertification : SN certification is a plusProven capacity to analyse complex information, to consider options in a clear and structured way, to propose and implement recommendations and to make sound decisions;Ability to work effectively both with team members and with customers;Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, to make timely decisions, to reprioritize tasks responding to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;Strong ability to learn and apply new/emerging technologies.SPECIFIC EXPERTISE:Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:good ServiceNow technical capacitygood ServiceNow IRM application understanding Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Office 365, Teams, PowerPoint)CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:Any certification in IT Governance, Project Management, ServiceNow, IT security, risk, compliance andaudit would be a plus.
