Overnight Cashier

DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Greet customers in a friendly and professional mannerAccurately process cash, credit, and debit transactionsOperate the register and handle fuel and in-store purchasesPromote Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty programAnswer customer questions and provide assistance as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and storeStock shelves, coolers, and merchandise as neededAssist in monitoring inventory levels and report low stockFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling guidelinesAssist with opening and closing dutiesRequirementsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious cashier or customer service experience is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic math and money-handling skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable, honest, and team-orientedPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
