[SNL] Global Talent Acquisition (EU citizen required & German speaker preferred) We are seeking a motivated intern to support strategic, analytical, and operational tasks within Talent Acquisition at DHL Group. The role focuses on active sourcing, outreach development, data analysis, and end-to-end recruiting process support. Responsibilities Support in Active Sourcing & Outreach Development Create targeted candidate personas to enhance personalized outreach strategies Analyze talent pools and derive suitable target groups and search approaches Develop tailored outreach messages for various role profiles Design and execute A/B tests across different channels (e.g., LinkedIn, talent hubs) to measure messaging effectiveness Build a data-driven reporting framework to analyze success rates and define best practices Support in Building the End-to-End Recruiting Framework Contribute to the development of a globally aligned end-to-end recruiting process Create structured process maps, flow charts, and process documentation Analyze business unit requirements and derive differentiated recruiting cases Support the definition and implementation of relevant recruiting KPIs, including performance metrics and monitoring concepts Assist in workshops and alignment sessions with global stakeholders Qualifications Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Work & Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or a related field, ideally with an HR focus Initial practical experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or HR marketing Excellent English skills, both written and spoken Strong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for conducting analyses and supporting data-driven decisions Precise, structured, and detail-oriented working style Passion for recruiting, talent acquisition, and rethinking processes Motivation to work in a global environment and contribute proactively Languages German Benefits of becoming a Global Talent Apply your skills and knowledge in a practical environment International exposure – experience working in new cultures and industries Leadership training and support for career development Opportunity for a salary or accommodation during the program J-18808-Ljbffr
