Prefab Associate - Part Time Box Truck Driver

The Prefab Associate is critical to completing the pre-fabrication of materials as required to R.T. Moore quality standards as assigned by the pre-fabrication supervisor.ResponsibilitiesThoroughly complete the pre-fabrication of tub and tub shower valves in a manner consistent with RTMC standards ensuring all connections are leak free and valve is operationalAccurately complete testing and tagging of temporary sump pumps per prescribed methods; keep sump pumps organized and stored in designated locationPrecisely measure, cut and thread black pipe to field crew’s specificationsSystematically ensure requisition of materialsSteadily complete prefabrication of other components as requiredQualificationsA high school diploma or GED is requiredNo prior experience necessary, warehouse and forklift experience a plusProactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills necessaryClear, effective communications skills – both written and verbalAptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem-solvingPreference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organizationMust be able to do the following activities for most of the work day: stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk and hear. 
Must be able to climb or balance regularly.Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weight, typically up to 10 pounds most of the day. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds on occasion. 
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
