This role involves overseeing the daily operations of restaurant services, catering events, and concession venues to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and maintaining budgets, coordinating with vendors, handling customer relations, and strategizing to drive sales while maintaining operational efficiency. The manager will collaborate with various departments to uphold service quality and operational standards.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive guest experiences and effectively liaise with team members, clients, and vendors.Experience in Concessions and Sales, including coordinating concession operations and developing strategies to maximize revenue.Budgeting expertise with the ability to manage and adhere to financial plans while optimizing resources.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and handle dynamic operational demands.Proficiency in food and beverage management is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.For full job description or to apply, please following this link: https://jobs.hr.cornell.edu/us/en/job/WDR-00058399
