We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Lead Operations Associate to support our lottery ticket operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is based on-site in Brooklyn, NY. If you're eager to grow your career in operations, excited about contributing to a start-up, and looking to play a key role in the growth of a new business, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\nSchedule: We are looking for individuals with any of the following availability: Sunday-Thursday 8am-4pm, Thursday-Monday, 2pm-10pm, or Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4pm.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOpen or close the location following company procedures (including security protocols).\nServe as the acting supervisor when management is not present.\nAccurately and efficiently process customer orders to ensure a smooth and organized experience.\nFollow opening and closing procedures for assigned work area.\nMaintain all location equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition.\nTroubleshoot basic technical issues.\nPromptly escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to the on-duty supervisor.\nAdhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.\nIf applicable, support the retail store, including processing transactions, overseeing inventory, maintaining organization, and keeping the store clean.\nAssist with special projects as required.\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nA minimum of a High School degree or equivalent.\nMust be 18 years older.\nPrevious experience in a key holder or supervisory role preferred.\nThe willingness to work flexible hours as needed, which may include extended shifts in the day or night and/or occasional weekends or holidays.\nA passion for learning new processes and technologies.\nExperience in fast-paced environments.\nSelf-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.\nPhysical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving setting.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\n\nHourly Pay Rate: $21\nBenefits on par with leading, progressive tech companies (think 100% employee-only coverage, monthly HSA contribution, mental health offerings, etc.)\n401(k)\nSick Time\nDedication to Lifelong Learning through our Monthly Speaker Series\nMonthly cultural and social events\nA values-driven team culture built through intentional hiring, fostering collaboration and alignment.\nJackpot is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a safe and inclusive workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
