This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, clinical quality, financial performance, and strategic growth, while inspiring teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage the Cardiovascular Service Line at the assigned locationProvide leadership across operations, personnel, finance, quality improvement, marketing, business development, and strategic planningDevelop, approve, and oversee policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with system and regulatory standardsEnsure development and optimization of departmental workflows and functional processesEstablish organizational structures and oversee personnel actions including hiring, discipline, performance management, and evaluationsIdentify training needs and ensure staff competency in accordance with Patient Care Services standardsDevelop and manage short- and long-term departmental goals and performance metricsCreate, monitor, and ensure compliance with approved operating and capital budgetsCollaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders to drive cardiovascular program growth and quality outcomes Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Master's degree preferred5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting2+ years of cardiovascular or Cath lab leadership experience preferred Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex administrative, operational, and human-resource challengesAbility to evaluate multiple solutions, anticipate risks, and implement process improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and service-line managementSound judgment and discretion in decision-makingRecruiter Submission TemplateFull Name:Degree, University and Completion Year:Active RN License (Yes/No):State(s) of Licensure:RN License Number (if applicable):Total Healthcare Leadership Experience (Years):Hospital Leadership Experience (Years):Cardiovascular / Cath Lab Leadership Experience (Years):Do you have at least 2 years of Cardiovascular/Cath Lab Leadership experience?
