and Conversion Costs while Engaging and Developing talent in the production facility.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent education\n3 years of direct people leadership experience\n5 years working in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment\nAbility to effectively deploy training strategies and to directly train others.\nProficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and email\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nCan perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nFrequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.\nAbility to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.\nAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours\nCapable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions\nProficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nTechnical degree or certifications\nWhat will be my key responsibilities?\n\nLead team of 15-22 associates to efficiently convert materials into quality products ensuring safety, security, sanitation, and adherence to design specifications and budgets.\nRecommend and implement CI improvements in methods, equipment, systems, safety, product quality and the organization.\nGuide teams through Autonomous Maintenance (AM)\nPeople management including hiring, coaching, training and evaluating associate performance and create development plans aligned with career goals.\nAssist Production Leads in coordinating materials, staffing, and resources for efficient line operations and changeovers.\nHandle additional ad hoc
