Maintenance Technician

Brookdale Senior Living - 1786 Union Street - Responsibilities: Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds; Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords; Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community; Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations and company policies
