This role is responsible for ensuring program completion on time, to budget, and in alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You will develop and deploy management system processes, tools, and process improvement expertise to influence the achievement of business goals. This position provides overall business strength to help drive initiatives critical to the ongoing growth and margin improvement of the business unit by defining, analyzing, and monitoring key operational metrics.\nStrategic Leadership Develop and execute the overall TSA transition strategy. Build and establish the PMO for the acquired banking business, including governance, standards, and reporting. Develop a scalable managed services operating framework that can be reused for future acquisitions. Partner with executive leadership to establish governance, priorities, risks, and success metrics. Align IT transition activities with business objectives and acquisition milestones. Serve as the executive escalation point for critical issues.\nTSA Planning & Execution Lead all IT TSA planning from due diligence through TSA exit. Develop a comprehensive transition roadmap with timelines, dependencies, and milestones. Manage TSA scope, service schedules, and exit plans. Ensure timely completion of all TSA deliverables.\nCross-Functional Program Leadership Infrastructure\nApplications\nNetworks\nCybersecurity\nIdentity & Access Management\nEnd User Computing\nService Desk\nCloud Services\nData Migration\nERP/Finance Systems\nVendor Management\nEnsure alignment across business, legal, finance, HR, procurement, and operations.\nProgram Governance Establish executive steering committees. Create program governance structure and decision-making processes. Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and risk updates. Track budget, schedule, scope, and resource utilization.\nRisk & Dependency Management Identify transition risks early. Develop mitigation and contingency plans. Manage interdependencies across technology and business workstreams. Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.\nVendor & Third-Party Management Coordinate with existing TSA providers. Manage system vendors and implementation partners. Oversee contract transitions and licensing. Ensure vendor deliverables meet TSA commitments.\nInfrastructure & Application Separation Network separation\nActive Directory and identity migration\nEmail migration\nServer and cloud migration\nApplication ownership transfer\nDatabase migration\nDisaster recovery\nSecurity controls\nEndpoint deployment\nFinancial Management Develop and manage the program budget. Track TSA costs and transition expenses. Identify cost optimization opportunities. Report financial performance to executives.\nChange Management Lead organizational readiness. Develop stakeholder communication plans. Coordinate end-user communications. Ensure training and adoption of new systems. Minimize business disruption.\nCompliance & Security Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the transition.\nCoordinate cybersecurity assessments.\nMaintain HIPAA, SOX, PCI, GDPR, or other applicable compliance requirements.\nManage audit readiness.\nExecutive Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with: Executive sponsors\nAcquired company leadership\nTechnology leaders\nBusiness unit executives\nExternal partners\nProvide executive-level presentations and recommendations.\nQualifications 12–15+ years leading complex enterprise IT programs.\nExperience: 15+ years of relevant work experience in program management and/or operations.\n7+ years of relevant leadership experience, including responsibility for organizational objectives and measurements.\nDemonstrated success leading large scale integration programs.\nExperience managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios.\nStrong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and service management.\nExpertise in governance, PMO leadership, risk management, and executive communication.\nBanking and financial services experience is a plus.\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree (preferred).\nTravel Up to 25% travel – Potentially higher during project initiation.\nOur company complies with all local/state regulations in regard to displaying salary ranges.
