Now we're bringing that same commitment to relative caregivers across the Chattanooga region — grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other relatives who stepped up for a child with little notice and even less preparation.\n\nProgram Supervisor who knows what it looks like when kinship case management works — and who won't accept anything less from their team.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou’ll lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding region. You’ll be in case reviews every week, in the file audits every month, and in the room when a Navigator needs help thinking through a hard case.
