Assoc Analyst Ticketing&TariffRoyal Caribbean GroupPosition Summary: The Ticketing & Tariff Associate Analyst role is a subject matter expert in front and back-office processes. This position is key to identify and communicate system and process improvement opportunities in back-office agency functions that will drive efficiencies and cost reductions. This role is responsible for identifying financial opportunities through re-shop and ensuring appropriate strategic airline partner contracts are being utilized. Day to day is responsible for actioning all quality and ticketing exceptions related to failures caused by systems or agent failures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works on daily financial loss reports to identify root cause and possible resolutionsMonitors robotic quality and ticketing processes to ensure proper flow and maximum productivity of the systems.Provides critical feedback to Director of Airline Partnerships for new or updated contract requirementsOversees the dispute and payment of airline debit memosParticipates in special projects as assigned all related to data corrections or financial recovery.Quality control for all upcoming travel to ensure no customer impact caused by ticketing exceptionsTrains and supports the teams on back-office processesFinancial Responsibilities: Responsible to manage cost controls for airline ticketing and exchanges.Qualifications: Degree or certification in airline related field preferred with 3 plus years' experience in the travel, airline industry in ticketing and tariff. Knowledge and Skills: Expert in GDS systems with a preference of Sabre expertise Clear understanding of airline tariffs and fare rules Analytical skills Proficient in Excel, Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to train Excellent organizational skills Able to communicate verbally and in writing to interact with colleagues, vendors, internal departments, and management.
