This role is ideal for transitioning service members who possess technical skills and a strong work ethic, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.\nResponsibilities:\nRemove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment, following supervisor’s directives and manuals.\nComplete routine and non-routine maintenance and repair assignments efficiently and according to established procedures.\nMaintain personal tools in serviceable condition and ensure a clean work area.\nAdhere to safe maintenance practices and comply with all regulatory requirements.\nKeep accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with technical training teams.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by the Crew Chief.\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nActive transitioning member of the US Armed Services (completion between July 2024 and June 2025).\nAbility to pass FAA drug and alcohol screening and background check.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMobility around various sections of aircraft.\nDexterity to remove and replace parts efficiently.\nMental agility to handle stress and long working hours.\nCapacity to learn and adhere to safety protocols.\nAbility to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.\n\nHow to Apply: Transitioning service members interested in this opportunity are encouraged to apply to this position.
