Digital Strategy Lead -Aquisition Marketing Reporting to our Executive Vice President of Acquisition Marketing, the Digital Strategy Lead is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate leads and drive new customer enrollments to support CeriFi’s growth and business objectives. This role will lead the acquisition digital marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing as well as Product, Sales, Analytics, and other departments as needed to develop customer acquisition marketing plans utilizing multi-channel lead sources. You must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. This is a remote opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, implement, analyze and optimize all online performance marketing activities including but not limited to Paid Search, Organic Search, Email, Social, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and more. Maximize ROAS on our promotional media spending and be our expert in leveraging omni-channel options to ensure that our customer acquisition efforts deliver scale and efficiency. Grow CeriFi web stores organic site traffic, leads, conversions and revenue. Manage review sites and other reputation management websites such as TrustPilot, Google, Glassdoor, Google Business Page, Yelp, etc Help build, test, launch and analyze digital/social campaigns based on prospective and active student stages in the life cycle. Manage digital channels performance - provide insights, recommendations, and regularly scheduled reports. Turn analytical and community insights into brand-relevant ideas. Create, maintain, and evolve social editorial calendars, as a part of the overall CeriFi marketing calendar and/or quarterly promotions. Contribute to the development of seasonal go-to-market strategies. Collaborate regularly with other members of the marketing team and others across the company, as required. As required, manage contractor or freelancer relationships.
