{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f2c02aeff31dd5de54b9499b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f2c02aeff31dd5de54b9499b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f2c02aeff31dd5de54b9499b","title":"Microsoft Dynamics Senior Developer","description":"Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.\r\nDataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Senior Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.\r\n*This position is hybrid\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide senior-level system management, configuration, administration and support to the MS Dynamic application deployed\r\nResponsible for working with both mid and senior-level business executives and IT personnel to refine and execute program requirements.\r\nPlanning, designing, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions/applications.\r\nPerform system administration, business and workflow process modeling, and business systems integration based on a high degree of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics framework.\r\nDesign and add code to the repository, troubleshoot system issues and perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure MS Dynamics is optimized to meet business goals.\r\nCreate and modify views, entities, reports in Dynamics in a Development Environment, test same and publish to Production\r\nCreate and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed.\r\nWork with staff on tenant level changes.\r\nWork with staff on application specific issues encountered.\r\nCreate and modify Power Automate (Flows).\r\nSupport the connection to external applications if applicable\r\nEnsure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365.\r\nExport solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT and Production\r\nProvide rapid application development and system administration/configuration support.\r\nParticipation in strategic and tactical planning with Business Partners, Vendors, and organizational unit management\r\nParticipating in project planning and estimating efforts\r\nConsultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems\r\nMonitoring technical effort activities for adherence to schedules, milestones and deliverables\r\nMonitoring efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental and divisional standards and procedures\r\nApplication/information system assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production and to provide optimum quality service to the clients\r\nKnowledge and Skills\r\nSignificant knowledge in Dynamics CRM Best Practices, Entities/Tables, Workflows, configurations, Business Process Flows, Portals, custom development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, Power Automate, and CRM Solutions File Management.\r\nDemonstrable skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to work under a tight timeline.\r\nHave deep experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based business solutions.\r\nRequires an extensive level of business/business application knowledge, a specialized/advanced technical skill set, or extended experience in a specialized/advanced technical skill set.\r\nRequires independent initiative and action in decision making, analysis, design, programming, and troubleshooting arenas.\r\nRequired Skills\r\n7 Years - Significant knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer\r\n7 Years - Significant knowledge with Business Process Flows (BPFs), Workflows, Forms Customization, Views, and reports\r\n7 Years - Significant knowledge with Business Units, Security Groups, Teams, Console Jobs, and CRM Administration\r\n7 Years - Significant knowledge with Power Apps and Power Automate for systems integrations\r\n5 Years - Experience in solution architecture, web application and/or implementation of CRM solutions including development and administration\r\n5 Years - Experience in web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM\r\n5 Years - Dynamics 365 CRM data model with designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including innovative module solutions\r\n5 Years - Setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM with O365 and SharePoint.\r\n5 Years - CRM API, web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints\r\n5 Years - Reporting architecture, SSRS and/or Power BI\r\n5 Years - Various developer tools including XRMToolBox, Plug-ins, Ribbon Workbench, and REST Builder for API calls\r\n5 Years - Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance related issues\r\nDesired Skills\r\n3 Years - Azure AD and DevOps is preferable\r\nThis opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
