This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting the NASIC A9T Modernization effort. The Intelligence Program Manager will assist the government with planning, programming, and budget execution activities.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide qualified project/program management and systems acquisition expertise to enable all phases of intelligence R&D, acquisition, and production program execution and support to Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution activities\r\nSolicit operational/technical requirements; prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work, and submit for approval/processing; track status of various acquisitions from submission thru award\r\nProvide technical project management support by engaging with government technical leads, NASIC Mod stakeholders, and tool developers\r\nSupport the PMO with programmatic documentation to aid information sharing, decision making, and communications\r\nAssist with planning and execution of Scrum events for the A9T leadership team\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nQualifications\r\nActive TS clearance with SCI adjudication\r\nBachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields\r\nProject Management professional with a minimum of 11 years' experience supporting multiple concurrent program management and acquisition efforts\r\nExperience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks in support of enduring projects\r\nEffective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\r\nSelf-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction\r\nAbility to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel\r\nDesired Qualifications\r\nFamiliarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes\r\nMaster's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field\r\nProfessional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)\r\nScrum Alliance Certified Agile Scrum Master\r\nGlobal Comp\r\n$130,000- $155,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.\r\nClosing Statement\r\nRiverside Research Institute is a not-for-profit, technology-oriented defense company, where service to our customers and support of our staff is our overall mission.
