The Order Picker works directly from pick lists and inventory systems to locate products, confirm quantities, verify product information, and ensure each order is complete and accurate before being released for shipment.\n\nAccuracy and speed are equally important in this role. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse and fulfillment environment without sacrificing inventory accuracy or attention to detail.\n\nCannabis experience is preferred but not required. order.\nStage completed orders in designated areas for verification and shipment.\nMaintain organized separation between individual customer orders and internal transfers.\nMeet daily order fulfillment expectations while maintaining accuracy.\nOrder Verification\nReview completed orders against pick lists before staging.\nVerify product quantities, SKUs, labels, and package information.\nIdentify missing, incorrect, damaged, or questionable products before orders are released.\nImmediately communicate order discrepancies to Inventory or Warehouse leadership.\nAssist with correcting picking errors and resolving product-location discrepancies.\nEnsure orders are complete before being transferred to Shipping.\nInventory Accuracy\nMaintain inventory accuracy while picking and moving products.\nEnsure products are removed from the correct inventory and storage locations.\nReport incorrect locations, missing inventory, damaged products, or quantity discrepancies immediately.\nAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts as needed.\nSupport inventory reconciliation when physical product does not match system records.\nMaintain proper product organization throughout the warehouse.\nOrder Staging & Shipping Support\nOrganize and stage completed orders for outbound shipment.\nEnsure staged orders remain properly identified and separated.\nAssist Shipping & Receiving with preparing orders for distribution.\nSupport internal transfers between Gramazon / DACUT operations as assigned.\nVerify that completed orders are transferred to the appropriate shipping or staging location.\nAssist with loading and movement of products when required.\nCannabis Compliance\nFollow all company SOPs for cannabis product handling and inventory control.\nMaintain proper chain-of-custody throughout the picking and staging process.\nEnsure regulated cannabis products remain properly identified and controlled.\nFollow established procedures for handling inventory discrepancies.\nSupport accurate METRC and internal inventory records by ensuring physical product movements are completed correctly.\nImmediately report any inventory or compliance concerns to leadership.\nWarehouse Organization\nMaintain clean and organized product storage and fulfillment areas.\nEnsure products are returned to appropriate locations when necessary.\nKeep aisles, shelving, staging areas, and workspaces organized and free of hazards.\nAssist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and warehouse organization when order volume allows.\nFollow FIFO or other established inventory-rotation procedures as required.\nProductivity & Performance\nWork efficiently to complete assigned orders within established timelines.\nMaintain
