We are excited to offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus to new team members - no experience required, as we provide on-the-job training!Benefits PackageWe Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package That Includes Medical Insurance (with a portion paid by IBP) Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401k with company matchWhat Your Role EntailsAs a Blown-In Insulation Technician, Your Responsibilities Include Blowing insulation into exterior walls and attics according to guidelines Loading and logging materials onto a truck Drilling and filling from interior or exterior Hanging insulweb fabric for exterior walls Loading blown-in machines Erecting ladders and scaffolds Checking netting for areas needing blocking Ensuring density in wall areasWhat You Need to SucceedTo Be Successful In This Role, You Should Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record in the last three years Have experience in insulation and/or construction industry (helpful but not necessary) Be skilled in using common hand tools Be comfortable working in tight or high areas Be able to lift at least 50lbs Be comfortable climbing ladders and scaffolding Be adaptable to working in various indoor and outdoor temperatures Be able to wear full-face or half mask during work shifts Be able to read job instructions and record materials accuratelyJoin Our TeamNortheast Spray Insulation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
