This full-time, on-site position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing motions, conducting depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, including trials, and providing legal analysis for intellectual property enforcement and defense. The attorney will work closely with clients to understand their needs and strategize effective legal solutions. We will train you in intellectual property law if you do not have prior experience. QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Law with a focus on litigation mattersExperience drafting and filing Motions with precision and accuracyProficiency in navigating Courts and handling legal processes related to IP litigationSkilled in managing Depositions and participating in TrialsStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilitiesClear and effective communication and negotiation skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membershipPrevious experience in IP litigation is highly preferred, but not required
