This role requires strong business partnership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPartner closely with Nursing and Case Management leaders to understand business needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop data-driven solutions that support strategic and operational objectives.\r\nServe as a trusted advisor by proactively communicating project progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to stakeholders.\r\nDesign, develop, validate, document, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable information.\r\nOwn recurring reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, thorough documentation, and reliable delivery of performance metrics and scorecards.\r\nTranslate complex data and analytical findings into clear, meaningful insights for audiences ranging from frontline operational teams to senior executive leadership.\r\nSupport quality improvement, operational excellence, and performance improvement initiatives through project participation, analytical consultation, and data-driven recommendations.\r\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improved data collection, reporting efficiency, and operational performance.\r\nWork Performed\r\nLevel 1\r\nIndividual contributor works under the direct supervision of level 3 or above and collaborates as a member of a team\r\nBasic understanding of local databases (Clarity; Caboodle) and underlying tables pertaining to role/domain\r\nBasic understanding of analytical/BI technologies and terminology related to role\r\nAbility to transform data into meaningful deliverables using reporting/visualization tools\r\nAbility to translate business and technical requirements into assigned deliverables such as data extract or report\r\nBasic knowledge of SQL query debugging\r\nFollows all policies and procedures set forth by DUHS/DHTS/ACE as pertains to role\r\nResponds to customer requests for assistance as assigned and prioritized by manager\r\nMaintains ongoing communications (timely, clear, concise, and accurate) with manager or business analyst keeping them apprised of request status\r\nMaintains appropriate DWD project documentation as assigned such as GITLAB or data dictionary\r\nLevel 2\r\nMeets all Competencies in Level 1 AND\r\nWorks with new hires/Level I team members to train on use of tools and technologies to accomplish job duties\r\nDemonstrates advanced knowledge of the assigned domain/role.
