Project ManagerPay Rate: $90/hourSummary:Hybrid work model Locations: Iselin, Chicago, Charlotte Lead cross-functional projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies 5-7 years of project management experience requiredResponsibilities:Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and resourcesLead project teams and facilitate stakeholder communicationEnsure alignment with business objectivesSelect and apply effective methodologies for each project's requirementsDevelop comprehensive project plans and maintain documentationIdentify and mitigate risks, track progress using appropriate tools and metricsAct as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersTranslate complex requirements into actionable deliverablesManage change requests and maintain quality standardsCoordinate with external vendors and third-party partnersManage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverablesEnsure compliance with service level agreements and facilitate vendor resource integrationRequired Skills:PMP/RTE or equivalent certification5-7 years of project management experienceProficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Strong understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage large, complex projectsExperience coordinating and managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverablesStrong analytical and communication skills with ability to present findings to senior leadershipPreferred Skills:PMP, RTE, CAPM, CSM, or similar certificationExperience in the financial services/asset management industryFamiliarity with capacity planning, scoping, and resource allocationExperience with vendor management
