This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Job Summary:In this role, the Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, including client implementations and internal initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope while driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and maintaining progress across teams without direct supervisory responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate tasks and resources across internal teams and external stakeholdersTrack progress, ensure accountability, and manage competing prioritiesLead project meetings and provide clear status updatesIdentify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as neededSupport internal improvement initiatives and change management effortsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of project management or implementation experienceProject Management certification preferredExperience with warehouse operations and systems (WMS) is a plusSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflictsAbility to build alignment across cross-functional teamsAdditional Requirements:Occasional on-call availability for urgent situationsFlexibility to work varied hours as neededAbility to travel up to 10%Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
