Role Overview As a Fullstack software engineer, you will collaborate with our product and operations teams to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems. You’ll work across multiple platforms, integrating third-party tools and services, and ensuring our applications are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Experience in home services or related industries is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter, React, or similar frameworks. Build and manage backend services with Firestore, PostgreSQL, and other databases. Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zoho and Zapier. Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Integrate AI-powered tools or APIs to enhance automation, data analysis, and customer interactions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and usability. Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and best practices in fullstack development. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in fullstack development. Proficiency in Flutter and Dart or a comparable cross-platform framework. Experience with Firestore, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Zoho and Zapier. Solid understanding of front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development principles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Previous experience in home services, field service management, or related industries. Experience developing full-stack and mobile applications using tools like Xcode and Android Studio to support home service operations. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and serverless architecture. Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
